You can delete your DecorLens account and everything stored with it yourself, at any time, in one of two ways. There is no charge, and you do not need the app installed to use this page.
These are the only ways an account is deleted — we do not delete accounts on request by email.

Your Google Play subscription has been cancelled — it will not renew. The time you have already paid for runs to its end, and you can restore it from the Play Store before then.
has no DecorLens account — it may already have been deleted, or you may use a different Google account in the app. Nothing was changed.

on, then reload the page. You can also delete your account in the app.

| A record that your free trial was used — a one-way, scrambled form of your Google account identifier, the number of free visits used, and whether you ever subscribed | Kept, so that deleting your account and signing in again does not start a new free trial. It holds no email address and cannot be turned back into your identifier. |

Deletion is permanent. If you sign in again afterwards, a new account is made for you — and because the record above is kept, a free trial you had already used does not start over.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, and does not cancel a subscription.
You do not have to delete your account to stop being signed in. Open DecorLens, tap the gear on the Home screen ▸ Manage account ▸ Sign out. That removes the session from your phone and leaves your account intact, so your entitlements are still there if you sign back in.
